Your tasks

• Strategic marketing planning: Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that clearly communicate our brand message – innovation, sustainability and trust.

• Digital communication: Creating, maintaining, and optimizing content for our website, social media, and other digital channels to effectively reach our target audiences.

• B2B marketing: Conception and implementation of targeted campaigns to generate leads and strengthen our position in the B2B market.

• Market analysis & reporting: Analysis of market trends and competitive activities as well as regular monitoring of campaign success based on KPIs.

• Event and trade fair management: Planning and organization of (virtual) events and trade fair appearances to promote direct dialogue with customers and partners.

 

 

Your profile

 

• Education & Experience: Completed studies in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technical or industrial sectors.

• Digital expertise: In-depth knowledge of content creation, SEO, social media marketing and email campaigns, as well as experience with digital analytics tools.

• Creativity & strategic thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and implement them successfully.

• Communication skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in German; good English skills are an advantage.

• Team player: High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team.
