Your tasks

Planning & Operation: Conception, implementation and support of our IT infrastructure in a demanding network environment.

Network architecture: Building and optimizing routing, switching, and security solutions to ensure a stable and scalable network environment.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuous monitoring of system performance using state-of-the-art monitoring tools as well as rapid diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.

Project collaboration: Support in the implementation of IT projects, including the integration of new technologies and the optimization of existing processes.

Documentation: Creation and maintenance of detailed system documentation, IT security policies and process instructions.

Team collaboration: Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers to continuously develop our IT standards.
Your profile

Education & Experience: Completed studies in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure and network technologies.

Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and IT security concepts. Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical challenges independently.

Teamwork skills: Strong communication skills, initiative and the willingness to take on responsibility in an interdisciplinary team.

Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage.

Certifications: Recognized certificates such as CCNA, CCNP or comparable qualifications are desirable.
